We have an opening with a local manufacturing operation that’s been in business for decades and is now entering a growth phase—sales have increased by 30% over the last few years. This newly created Marketing Specialist role was previously managed by a parent company and is now being delegated locally. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this position starts as a department of one—with the opportunity to grow the function and eventually support sister companies. The right candidate will bring experience in new product development, marketing analytics, and go-to-market strategy, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and campaigns
• Create compelling content including case studies, webinars, and thought leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product, marketing, and business goals
• Support sales enablement with tools, training materials, and product collateral
• Manage product lifecycle strategy including pricing, budgeting, and adoption
• Lead event marketing efforts for trade shows and customer events
• Use tools like NetSuite, Mailchimp, and Adobe Illustrator to engage audiences
• Champion a Safety First mindset in every task and interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related B2B roles
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams
• A proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving
