Team Lead - Account Management

What You’ll Do:
- Train, mentor, and develop Account Managers to excel in service and sales
- Motivate and inspire your team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Support team members in presenting solutions and closing deals
- Recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen your team
- Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable for results
- Lead by example by consistently meeting and exceeding company standards
- Ensure accurate coverage placement and compliance with carrier requirements
- Oversee scheduling, timecard approvals, and daily operational needs
- Foster team cohesion and contribute to a healthy, collaborative culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in account management or sales
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and KPI tracking
- Insurance industry knowledge is a plus
