This newly created Operations Manager role will oversee shop operations, production, and procurement across two facilities. Reporting directly to the President & General Manager, this role provides strategic and tactical leadership in manufacturing/fabrication, warehousing, safety, supply chain, and maintenance. The right person will have 10+ years in management of skilled teams, Lean implementation experience, and hands-on welding know-how. Decisive with a capital "D," this person makes 50+ decisions a day, can be challenged, explain reasoning, and is confident in their abilities and decision-making.
