Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and email communication for senior team members.

  • Support training sessions with logistical coordination and presentation creation.

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments as needed.

  • Contribute to marketing efforts through content creation, material design, and communication distribution.

  • Assist with website maintenance and updates.

  • Help with client retention through event planning, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Support client acquisition by assisting with meetings, proposals, and outreach activities.

  • Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring accurate data and generating reports.

  • Oversee projects related to system, process, and procedure improvements, collaborating with third-party vendors.

  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and organizational plans.

  • Perform other duties as required.

 

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent proficiency in Canva.

  • Excellent proficiency on main social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently.

 

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • College Degree preferred.

  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Event Planning experience preferred.
