Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and email communication for senior team members.

Support training sessions with logistical coordination and presentation creation.

Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments as needed.

Contribute to marketing efforts through content creation, material design, and communication distribution.

Assist with website maintenance and updates.

Help with client retention through event planning, coordination, and follow-up.

Support client acquisition by assisting with meetings, proposals, and outreach activities.

Maintain and update the company CRM, ensuring accurate data and generating reports.

Oversee projects related to system, process, and procedure improvements, collaborating with third-party vendors.

Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and organizational plans.

Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent proficiency in Canva.

Excellent proficiency on main social media platforms.

Ability to work independently.
Educational and Experience Requirements

College Degree preferred.

Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.

Event Planning experience preferred.
