Kristi is the proud and self-proclaimed Mayor of Awkwardville. Not only is she a super awkward person in real life but has also made that a core value of the company. While karaoke will never be in Kristi’s future, she is always ready to be a back up dancer. If you need some 80’s/90’s dance moves in your life, Kristi is ready.

Rob Spaethe
Rob can often be overheard using puns and telling punny jokes or telling a “rad” dad joke, that cracks him up (and he’s usually the only one laughing). You may also catch him busting a move to his favorite “jams” anywhere music is being played. The only time he is not actively talking is when he is busy thinking of a comeback line or overanalyzing whether it’s truly worth it to spend the extra nickel to upgrade to the large value meal.

If you ever want to get somewhere “fast”, Erin is your girl. She drives fast, talks fast, laughs fast, and smiles fast. She loves to have fun, and will be your personal shopper or plus 1 to any wedding. Just ask!! While she isn’t afraid of hard conversations, people, inappropriate jokes, or challenges, she does not ever want to fall off a tall structure. Absolutely a deal breaker and out of her trust circle if you ask her to do it. Just. Don't.

Elizabeth may not be a good dancer but she can catch and prep catfish like nobody's business and thinks everyone should do that at least once in their life. If you want to get her laughing, play her the "Ship my Pants" KMart commercial. That'll do it every time.

When you’re asked to write a witty biography, you start by thinking “am I funny enough?” Yes, actually, I’m hilarious. Now, who is Jess? Oh, she’s that competitive dancer, turned lawyer, turned HR professional. You read that right. She can spit FLSA facts and counsel on employee relations all while wearing her boogie shoes! She also has the ability to link most conversations to lyrics or movie quotes! Don’t believe us? Test it next time you see her!

Monica is multitasking marvel—she loves to cook up a storm, bake like a boss, shop online 'til her Wi-Fi drops, and dance like no one's watching (hopefully). When she's not hustling in the kitchen or hunting for deals online, you'll find her busting moves with her husband and two wild boys. They are a traveling circus, always on the go, exploring new horizons and keeping Google Maps in business. Oh, and she is a chatterbox with a heart of gold—helping people is her jam! But let's not forget the holy grail of sanity—she definitely needs her ME time. Spa days and Netflix binges are some of her secret weapons against mom-mode overload. His face speaks volumes, expressing everything from heartfelt encouragement to “you just played the wrong move.” A future perfumer in the making, Ethan dreams of designing scents as memorable as his faces. If you’re in need of a quick pick-me-up, he’s always ready to whisk you off for a smoothie and a laugh, because life’s better with a little flavor and a lot of fun.
