The visionary behind what we do
Kristi founded The People Perspective in early 2018 to serve a need that she recognized in the community for a Human Resources solution for small business. Kristi offered these services as “nuts and bolts HR”, meaning services more on the compliance side of things, including employee handbook, job description, performance management, etc. support.
While there has been a huge demand for these services and many of these, in the form of ongoing monthly support, continue to make up the core of the business, the services and offering have also continued to grow. All with the goal to be the one stop shop for all things people.
Training and development has become a key offering of The People Perspective, based on demand by our existing clients and the market. We customize leadership and employee training programs for our clients and also develop additional leadership development programs through coaching, assessment utilization and supporting and delivering programs like succession planning, strategic planning and team building.
At the beginning of 2022, Kristi purchased Switchgear Search and Recruiting, now known as People Perspective Search and Recruiting. This acquisition continues to strengthen The People Perspective’s market position and the goal to serve all people needs for our clients and our community.
And new in 2025, The People Perspective has continued their mission to provide a one stop shop for all things people with the addition of a subscription based service, The People Playbook. The Playbook provides compliant and up to date resources, trainings and support for organizations of all sizes.
