The visionary behind what we do
Kristi founded The People Perspective in early 2018 to serve a need that she recognized in the community for a Human Resources solution for small business. Kristi offered these services as “nuts and bolts HR”, meaning services more on the compliance side of things, including employee handbook, job description, performance management, etc. support.
While there has been a huge demand for these services and many of these, in the form of ongoing monthly support, continue to make up the core of the business, the services and offering have also continued to grow. All with the goal to be the one stop shop for all things people.
The main service buckets for The People Perspective have evolved into HR Compliance, Organizational Development which includes leadership coaching, team building and strategic planning, and Training, which is the fastest growing area of the organization. Training offerings include various types of leadership training for all levels of leaders, compliance training and interpersonal training for all employees.
At the beginning of 2022, Kristi purchased Switchgear Search and Recruiting, now known as People Perspective Search and Recruiting. This acquisition continues to strengthen The People Perspective’s market position and the goal to serve all people needs for our clients and our community.
