What’s included in HR in a Box? A compliance-ready employee handbook, job description templates, HR FAQs by industry and company size, and a curated list of helpful resources.
Are the templates compliant with state law? All templates meet federal compliance standards. You’ll want to review for state-specific adjustments, or reach out if you need help.
Can I get more support time if I need it? Yes. You can purchase additional support in 30-minute blocks for $100 each.
Can I roll over unused time or templates? No. Time and templates do not roll over month to month.
Is there a minimum commitment? Yes. A one-year minimum applies to all subscription tiers.
Can I pay month to month instead of annually? Yes, but there’s a $50 per month surcharge added to your selected tier.
What if I need something more custom? We offer custom packages. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll help build a solution that fits.
