Sr. Accountant
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 DOE
Our client is looking for a sharp, solutions-focused Senior Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of critical accounting functions and help drive smart financial decisions. If you're comfortable navigating ERP systems, passionate about accurate reporting, and enjoy turning financial data into insights, you’ll thrive here. CPA is a plus, but not a deal-breaker—we’re more interested in someone with solid experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to make accounting make sense.
What You'll Do

Own the month-end and year-end close process

Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Manage general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations

Support audits and maintain organized documentation

Partner with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Help improve and streamline accounting processes and systems

Use ERP platforms like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle to manage financial data

Mentor junior team members and help uphold best practices
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA is a plus, but not required

Solid experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting

Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau knowledge is a plus

Strong communication skills—able to explain financials to non-financial teams

Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
