Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, financially savvy Asset Manager to oversee a multifamily real estate portfolio in Tulsa. This senior-level role blends hands-on financial analysis with long-term planning to drive performance, value, and returns across residential assets.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast cash flow and track performance
- Monitor asset-level KPIs, budgets, and variance reports
- Support underwriting and scenario analysis for refinancing, dispositions, and hold/sell decisions
- Collaborate with property teams to optimize rent growth, leasing, and expense control
- Prepare reporting packages for leadership and investors
- Track capital projects, leasing trends, and market benchmarks
- Assist with strategic planning and business plan execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in multifamily asset management or financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and property management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Bonus Points For:
- Experience preparing investment memos and presentations
- Familiarity with lender reporting and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws
