Salary: Base + Uncapped Commission (High earning potential)

This is a new opportunity to impact a large territory in the Northeast U.S., covering Pennsylvania, New York, and New England. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role offers autonomy, impact, and the chance to become one of the top earners in the company. You’ll be expected to build and execute a territory sales plan and travel frequently across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with prospective customers across PA, NY, and New England
- Develop and execute a territory plan with clear goals and growth strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and regular account visits
- Deliver technical product knowledge and solutions that stand out from competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, scheduling, and project execution
- Maintain detailed account profiles and market intelligence
- Champion a Safety First mindset in every task and interaction
- Travel up to 75%, including occasional evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar outside sales role
- Familiarity with technical products (hydronics experience is a plus)
- Strong self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and communicate clearly
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Some flexibility required based on travel and customer needs
