Finance Manager/Business Partner

What You’ll Do:

Business & Financial Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, offering financial guidance and insight.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and track performance.
  • Support decision-making with financial modeling, risk analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.

Cost & Cash Management

  • Oversee cost accuracy in ERP systems and support cost control initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory processes and working capital drivers.
  • Partner with procurement and shared services to ensure reliable cost data.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead the plant’s annual planning process, including fixed costs, materials, and energy.
  • Develop and track KPIs aligned with operational goals.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to ensure robust, achievable forecasts.

Performance Reporting

  • Analyze financial results and provide variance commentary.
  • Translate operational data into actionable financial insights.
  • Respond to global finance and operations requests related to plant performance.

Capital Investment

  • Support capital project planning, including cost estimates and ROI analysis.
  • Monitor project budgets and conduct post-investment reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams on investment decisions.

Controlling & Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.
  • Uphold corporate financial policies and standards.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and enhance finance processes for efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives, including system transitions and integrations.
  • Provide oversight on intercompany charges and transfer pricing adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or public accounting
  • Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience in a global or multi-site environment is a bonus

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday
Some flexibility may be required based on operational needs
